Before I introduce myself, which, at this point, seems a bit unnecessary considering I am probably going to be the only person reading this for some time, I would like to say that this blog is not intended to be my final masterpiece or outcome. Therefore, it really doesn't phase me who reads this or how frequent it is read.
In short, hello; my name is Rowan and I'm a 15 year old girl. No, this isn't going to be some lifeless spewing of "ohmygoshhlolz" type of obsessions, self-centered feelings, or ridiculous fantasies to which many who are my age may succumb to. This blog intends to help me go from high school newspaper staff writer to magazine writer. It may be a lofty goal, and I don't know what the future holds, but I figure that if I can read fashion magazine columns and understand them, why can't I write my own?
